Atmanjali mudra represents the gesture of prayer and is also a mudra of respect and gratitude. It activates and harmonises the coordination between the left and right brain hemispheres and brings harmony and peace into our lives.
Place your hands together in front of your heart chakra. Leave a little hollow space between the two palms. At the beginning and at the end of the meditation, sit or stand for a while with your arms spread and raised to heaven.
