Atmanjali Mudra

Atmanjali mudra represents the gesture of prayer and is also a mudra of respect and gratitude. It activates and harmonises the coordination between the left and right brain hemispheres and brings harmony and peace into our lives.

Place your hands together in front of your heart chakra. Leave a little hollow space between the two palms. At the beginning and at the end of the meditation, sit or stand for a while with your arms spread and raised to heaven.

Affirmation : Full of thankfulness, I receive the good that waits for me.

Mukula mudra is an energy giving mudra. When this mudra is placed on the body or organ that needs healing, it works like a laser beam and focuses energy to the affected part to provide instant rejuvenation.

Place the four fingers on your thumb put your fingertips on the part of the body that needs to be recharged.

Uttarabodhi Mudra

Uttarabodhi Mudra

Uttarabodhi mudra is the mudra of highest enlightenment. It refreshes the mind, body and soul and is useful to remove fear and anxiety. This mudra is said to be able to help one de-stress and improve concentration by purifying the mind from negative thoughts.

Hold the hands in front of the solar plexus, at the level of your stomach. Interlock the fingers. Index fingers and thumbs of both hands should be joined together. The index fingers should be pointing to the ceiling and thumb should point to downward direction to the floor. Hold this mudra for as long as you want.

Affirmation : My partnership with the powers of the cosmos allows my life to appear in a new light.

Kundalini Mudra

Kundalini Mudra

Kundalini mudra awakens the sexual force. It is the unification of masculine and feminine, the opposites in the polarity. Above all, this mudra symbolize the unification of the individual soul with the cosmic soul. The four encircling fingers of the right hand symbolize the outer, perceptive world; while the left index finger is our mind and soul, while the thumb represents the Divine.

Form a loose fist with both hands. Now extend your left index finger and stick it into the right fist from below. Place the pad of the right thumb on the left fingertip. Hold the mudra as low as possible in front of your abdomen.

Affirmation : I love beauty, and beauty loves me.
