Dragon Fruit


Dragon fruits have a good number of nutrients. They are rich in:

1 Dragon Fruit
1/2 Lemon or 2 lime (squeeze for juice)
1 tablespoon of honey


  1. Cut off the skin of Dragon Fruit and cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Put dragon fruit, lemon juice and honey into blender.
  3. Blend evenly and serve in glass with ice cubes.

Ginger Lemonade

  • 2 inches ginger root
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 tbsp organic lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Finely chop ginger root n steep in water for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey and stir. Serve hot or cold for a refreshing and revitalizing treat.
